Design Reviews
Ready to add real, long-term value to your design process? Our team ensure operational requirements are included in the design and can facilitate or partake studies such as: Operability; Hazard and Operability Analysis/Hazard Identification (HAZOP/HAZID); and Grid Compliance.
Process design, implementation and audit
Your task, our experience. We draw upon our ability in design, implementation and managing processes to set the standard for substations and electrical networks. This may also include auditing these to ensure compliance, such as:
- High Voltage Safety Rules
- Control room and permit office
- Regulatory, e.g. SF6 management
Root Cause Analysis
When you’re looking for a fresh perspective, you wouldn’t go to someone you’ve worked with the entire time. That’s why we offer external facilitation to give both a distinct perspective, but also to remove any inherent bias. We use our experience across several sites and technologies to lead and/or develop teams to perform:
- Incident investigations to assess a timeline, causal factors and root causes
- Six Sigma (DMAIC) problem identification and solution implementation style processes
