Our highly skilled team is able to quickly assimilate information and diagnose a fault to enable a recovery plan to be developed and agreed with the stakeholders. Further we can drive the recovery plan through to successful return to services due to retaining inhouse the core necessary skills.

Our Control & Operation Senior Authorised Persons remain on 24/7 365 call out and response cover.
Site attendance is often required to maintain connectivity and availability. In addition the ONRG Control Room is managed across the network to meet the client’s 24hr requirements.
