Mark began his career as an electrical craftsman working on distribution networks up to 132kV. His apprenticeship focused on overhead lines, cable jointing and substation fitting. This comprehensive foundation has enabled Mark to rapidly develop his career to leading works on fault diagnosis, fault repair and commission systems.
2011 Mark moved to the renewables energy sector, where he excelled through the ranks and developed the required competencies to be a senior authorised person on the largest offshore windfarms in the UK at that time.
Mark’s background and vast knowledge on electrical networks enables him to quickly assimilate into any offshore windfarm and add value to the client. Additionally, Mark is passionate about utilising his knowledge and experience to develop others. As such Mark has been instrumental in developing and successfully implementing our training process PATH, both in the UK and abroad.
Mark continues to remain operational in the role of 400kV Control Engineering and Offshore Lead Project SAP as well as providing project and asset management services.
